Jake Barber and Dhara Patel were proudly recognized as our Sophomore Ambassadors for the Georgia Hugh O'Brian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Seminar during the Bainbridge High School CTAE, Fine Arts, and Guidance Awards Ceremony held on May 14, 2025, in the BHS Performing Arts Center. We are deeply grateful to the Decatur County Education Foundation for their generous grant supporting our 10th grade student ambassadors, Jake and Dhara. Thanks to their generosity, these students will be able to attend the HOBY Leadership Seminar this June at Middle Georgia State University in Cochran, Georgia.
Founded in 1958, HOBY inspires young leaders to develop confidence, purpose, and a commitment to service through impactful seminars held nationwide. Bainbridge High School is proud to have Jake and Dhara represent us at this prestigious event, where they will grow as leaders and influencers and return ready to make a positive difference among their peers and within our community.
